SOPHIE was a visionary musician and pop pioneer. Her impact is understated and I wanted to celebrate her greatness for this installment of the #EauDePop series. "It's Okay to Cry" is a beautifully raw song detailing her coming out. Her futuristic hyperpop aesthetic is what inspired this form, fusing technology with organic loops.
